Yes, we are now doing our happy dance. You can all uncross your fingers and toes, and everything else you've had crossed for us. Thanks to all of you, it worked. We found a home.

What town is it in?
The address is in Grass Valley, but it's outside the city limits by about eight miles. It's got a lot of water, which is most important to us. We're pretty happy about it.
I hardly need say it, but we here at the R. House are so very happy for you two. It does look like a perfect spot for the two of you. Can't wait for you to move in and make it your own.
