  2. Wind-tossed beauty! Can you imagine how good it feels to be standing in the water in the warm sun, a cool breeze ruffling your feathers and a fish in your bill?
    I was watching four ravens wheeling and diving and looping around each other, way way way up in the sky Monday morning. Oh, to live in a bird's body for a day and know the things they know!

    Bill-- Hah! It's a Snowy Egret in breeding plumage.

    CCorax-- This is such a great season for birdwatching. Everyone is out and about looking for mates and building nests.
