They are nice looking birds, looks like they fell out in the second photo and walked off
Bill-- That's what it looked like to us too!
So beautiful against the brilliant blue of the water. Yep, there is a right and a left there also.
Arkansas Patti-- I hadn't noticed that right/left split, but yes indeed. They had that too.
Egrets have more sense than to listen to politicians.
John-- So true. Lucky lucky egrets!
I love the reflections in those photos. If only everyone could just peacefully disagree and walk away.
Sharon-- So glad you liked those reflections. Me too! Hey, I can't find your blog anymore. Where did you go?
I deactivated it for a bit. I wanted to keep it as a light-hearted and whimsical type blog, but I haven't been feeling that lately. I'll still be reading blogs though. Perhaps I'll pick it up again at some point, but I'm not quite ready to.
wonderful shots of these birds. your marsh photos always delight me. Sounds like your imagined bird conversation was a bit cathartic, yes? Good!
Tara-- So glad you like the marsh photos. It is definitely one of our favorite places to go. Yes, the conversation was a bit cathartic but I'm still heartbroken by the outcome.
One turned left and one turned right...
Scott-- Like our country...
'Twas the intent of my comment :-)!
